Service Charges & Labour Rates
To keep our pricing fair, transparent, and consistent, the following standard charges apply to all remote and in‑person services:
Remote Service Charge — £7.50 per session
A small fixed fee applied to every remote support session. This covers secure connection setup, diagnostics, admin time,
and preparation before work begins.
Labour Fee — £20 per 30 minutes
Applied only when a job is complex, time‑intensive, or falls outside our fixed‑price services.
This ensures you only pay for the time actually required.
Emergency Call‑Out Charges (Home Visits)
Emergency or same‑day home visits are subject to an additional call‑out fee to cover travel time, fuel,
and priority scheduling.
Emergency Call‑Out Fee: £40
Same‑Day Priority Visit: £25
Standard Travel (within London): £0.50 per mile
Zone 1–3 Travel Surcharge: £10
Zone 4–6 Travel Surcharge: £15
Emergency call‑outs are available 9am–10pm. After‑hours visits may incur additional charges.
