Flynn’s Computers LTD provides computer repair and IT support for home users and small businesses in West London.
We help with computer faults, upgrades, remote support, home visits, Microsoft 365, business IT and gaming PC systems. Our approach is simple: understand the problem, explain the available options clearly and agree the expected cost before work goes ahead.
How We Work
Technology support should not be unnecessarily complicated.
We aim to provide practical advice in plain language, whether you need help with a slow computer, a hardware fault, software or email problems, a business IT issue or advice about improving your current setup.
Where a service requires diagnosis before the exact repair or cost can be confirmed, we will explain that before proceeding.
Supporting Home Users
Not every computer problem requires a new device.
Flynn’s Computers can help assess faults, improve existing systems, install suitable upgrades, resolve software problems, configure backups and provide remote or in-person support where appropriate.
Our aim is to help customers understand their options so they can make an informed decision about whether to repair, upgrade or replace equipment.
Supporting Small Businesses
Flynn’s Computers also provides practical IT support for small businesses.
This includes remote support, Microsoft 365 and email assistance, staff device setup, user onboarding and offboarding, account-security support, backup checks and help when transitioning IT support from another provider.
Business services are kept separate from personal/home-user support so the scope, responsibilities and pricing are clear.
Gaming & Performance PCs
Gaming systems often require a different approach from ordinary office computers.
We provide gaming PC diagnostics, upgrades, performance optimisation, cooling and airflow work, custom PC build labour, driver and graphics troubleshooting, streaming/OBS setup and VR support.
Our Approach to Security
Security is considered as part of the work we carry out.
We can assist with Microsoft Defender and supported third- party antivirus and security products, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting and removal.
For business customers, we are also developing managed endpoint-security options that can provide centrally managed protection beyond basic antivirus. These services will only be offered once the relevant platform, licensing and management arrangements have been properly established.

Our Future Vision
Flynn’s Computers has a longer-term ambition to develop
beyond traditional computer repair and IT support.
The future vision is a technology-focused community space combining IT support with gaming, digital skills, workshops,
social activities and opportunities for people to learn more about technology in an accessible environment.
This is a future development goal and is not currently an
operating physical venue.
